Aaron is the owner and operator of Monkey Train Grazing Co. He’s got 20 years in the Industry. He trained at The French Culinary Institute New York City; served a little time at The French Laundry, Daniel, The Inn At Little Washington, Asia De Cuba, La Grenouille. All of which are some of the finest restaurants in the world.
He’s spent a large part of his career in high end catering for upwards to 250,000 attendees, such as the ATP Western Southern Tennis Tournament as well as high end catering events with Country Living Magazine and Van Wyck & Van Wyck in NYC. He was most recently an Executive Chef with Hillstone Restaurant Group which locally owns Houston’s Restaurant. After years of living coast to coast, he’s made Memphis his permanent home, being born and raised in Knoxville T.N.
